Soccer Analyst Chris Sutton Faces Off Against Artist Murs in Top Flight Predictions
Arsenal's 10-game victorious streak was ended by Sunderland prior to the global break, however will the English top division frontrunners bounce back against local foes Spurs this weekend?
"{I believe like Arsenal are light years ahead of Tottenham currently but Spurs boss Thomas Frank will have a strategy for this game," stated soccer specialist Chris Sutton.
"Frank will attempt to neutralize Arsenal, who have not always been at their sparkling best this season - but Mikel Arteta's side typically still find a way to win."
The analyst is making predictions for all 380 Premier League games this term, against AI, fans and a range of special visitors.
For week 12, he takes on performer Olly Murs, who is a United supporter.
Murs' new album, Knees Up, is available on Friday.
Soccer and Family Experiences
Murs is a skilled footballer as well as a successful singer and has been a featured player of multiple Soccer Aid matches down the years - but he is not intending a serious return as a player.
"{I actually played in a charity match the other night for a friend of mine," he said. "The side was losing 3-1 when I came off in the second half, and they went on to win 4-3, so you can interpret that what you want!
"I continue to love football, but I hurt my joint a few years ago and it even now hasn't fully recovered. I hope I could play more but the uncertainty of the sport means it's too risky for me in my profession to do it seriously again.
"Additionally I am 41 now, and we are not everyone is Cristiano Ronaldo, are we!? No, I am very happy not playing football and I am gearing up for the time that my child or boy decides to play instead."
Murs and his spouse his partner have two children, their daughter and their son, and he is ready to emulate his dad by taking on the role of their coach.
"I won't push football on our kids but I've already told my wife that if they happen to get the passion for it then I will have to go and get my manager qualifications - and I will probably be managing their weekend soccer side," he said.
"I watched my relatives play a lot, and I truly got into it, and I clearly was involved with a soccer team for a while too.
"My dad did it with us when I was a kid, which is probably where I get it from. He coached our team for two or three years and had a wonderful time with it. That might be the next step for me as well, and I am looking forward to it!"
Premier League Predictions

Chelsea might have to be patient for Cole Palmer's comeback from fitness issues but their attack is already stronger with Joao Pedro and Delap both returned to fitness.
I still think this game will be fairly tight, however. Burnley are disciplined and their only home defeats so far have been against the Reds and the Gunners.
This suggests a one-all tie to me, but I am actually going to choose the London side to edge it for what would be their third consecutive league win in a row.
The expert's prediction: 1-2
Olly's pick: Chelsea will be too strong. 1-3
Artificial intelligence's prediction: 0-2
- Vitality Stadium, 15:00 GMT
The Cherries have been defeated in their past two games - although both of them were away - but they got absolutely spanked by Aston Villa last time out which shocked me.
On the other hand, the Hammers secured two in a row before the hiatus and, although both of those games were at their stadium, they appear competitive again.
West Ham's only on the road win this season came at Nottingham Forest in August, when their boss Nuno Espirito Santo was still Forest manager.
So, what on earth do I predict here - can the Hammers continuing their streak under Nuno, or Bournemouth responding?
I will go with the Cherries, because I believe what happened against Villa was a blip.
Sutton's forecast: 2-0
Olly's outlook: Bournemouth are doing well but West Ham have improved under their boss. 2-2
AI's pick: 1-1
- Amex Stadium, 15:00 GMT
The Bees were considered one of the favourites for relegation before the season started, but they have impressed a several observers under their manager and are in fine fettle with three in their last four matches.
A family member told me to get Brentford striker Igor Thiago in my Fantasy Football squad a few weeks ago and, unfortunately, I didn't listen.
The forward will likely score again on Saturday but I am nonetheless not going to select him or support the away side at Brighton's ground.
They have not had great fortune on the road this term, and the Seagulls are always strong at home. The visitors will try to hit them on the counter-attack but I think Fabian Hurzeler's side carry much more of a threat.
Sutton's forecast: 2-1
Olly's prediction: This could be one of those games where you think there is going to be a many scores but it in reality proves to be rather close. 1-1
AI's outcome: 2-1
- Craven Cottage, 15:00 GMT
This is a huge game for Fulham, who have suffered defeat in five of their last six games.
They have got plenty of talent in their team but it still seems like they could be dragged into a drop zone fight.
Regarding the Black Cats, indeed they are the surprise package of the top flight season so far.
Their performance in the 2-2 tie with Arsenal last time out was excellent. We've not seen anyone else rough up the Gunners like that this term, and they were fully competitive for them.
The sensible thing to do to support the visitors here, because they are obviously capable of roughing the hosts up too and, the last time they were in west London, they beat the Blues at the close of last month.
However I am not do that. Instead, I truly need to carry on going against Sunderland with my forecasts. I am claiming a lot of credit for their positive outcomes because they evidently love to prove me wrong.
Looking at Fulham's home record, the only team they have been defeated by is the league leaders. Marco Silva's side will be absolutely eager for a positive outcome, so I am going to say they will secure three much-needed points.
Sutton's forecast: 1-0
Olly's prediction: I know Sunderland are performing strongly and also that the hosts are on a poor run... but Fulham have nonetheless been decent at home this season. 2-0
The algorithm's outlook: 2-0

It is a tough fixture to predict. Liverpool have lost seven of their last ten games in every tournament, but could they be one of the teams who benefit from the {international break|
